Business Agility was co-founded by John and Deb Banning. Our combined business leadership experience spans more than 40 years.

John has held numerous senior executive roles, most notably as a former Managing Director of an ASX listed company; and has more than 25 years experience in mining.

Deb has held CEO / MD positions where she has successfully led transformational change for business growth and customer satisfaction improvement; and has had more than 25 years experience in a broad range of sectors.
