Deb is a Director and Co-Founder of Business Agility. She has 9 years experience as a former CEO & MD, 10 years experience as a Director on Boards and more than 25 years experience across the mining, banking, government, education and NFP sectors. Deb has also lectured at James Cook University on the subject of 'Innovation & Entrepreneurship' at the MBA level.
As a former CEO and MD, Deb has extensive experience leading successful transformational change to drive business growth, including design of new strategies, restructures, new operating models, new financial models, new digital systems and processes, and design of new products & services / customer experiences using design thinking methodologies, etc.
Deb has studied Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Business; has a Bachelor of Commerce / Business; Diploma of Project Management; recognised as Certified Practising Project Manager (AIPM); Diploma of Public Relations, Promotions & Publicity and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Deb has worked with Cairns Regional Council, Chevron, Suncorp, Queensland Government, Cairns Chamber of Commerce, Scitech, Central Queensland University and James Cook University.
