The 'Pivot on a Page' process is a fast and easy way to map out how to achieve your business goals, based on the 'AcdB' model. You first begin by identifying your current reality in A, (ie: your current strengths, weaknesses, followed by the market's opportunities and threats (SWOT), then you describe your desired future state in B. Then you work out how to close the gap between A and B by defining the broad themes or categories of activities that you will need to undertake at C. To finish the process, you then list all the tasks / projects / initiatives that need to be implemented to support the broad themes at D.
